Apply Online for in The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) for December 2024. Interested candidates for CTET Paper I and Paper II for Primary and Junior Levels can apply online from September 17, 2024, to October 16, 2024. Please read the notification for recruitment eligibility, category-wise vacancies, post information, selection procedure, age limit, pay scale, and any other relevant information.

  1. Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2- a year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) OR
  2. Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known), by the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations, 2002.  OR
  3. Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
  4. Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education)*
  1. Graduation and passed or appearing in the final year of a 2-year diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known).
  2. At least 50% marks in either graduation or Post-Graduation and passed or appearing in the final year of bachelor’s in education (B.Ed).
  3. Graduation with at least 45% marks and passing or appearing in the final year of Bachelor in Education (B.Ed), following the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations issued from time to time.
  4. Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 4-year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
  5. Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 4-year B.A/B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed.
  6. Graduation with at least 50% marks and passing or appearing in the final year of B.Ed. (Special Education)*.
  7. Any candidate who has completed a B.Ed. A programme recognized by the NCTE is eligible to appear in TET/CTET. Moreovprogramr the existing TET guidelines circulated in the NCTE letter dated 11-02-2011, a person who is pursuing any of the teacher education courses (recognized by the NCTE or the RCI) specified in the NCTE Notification dated 23rd August 2010 is also qualified to appear in the TET/CTET.
  8. Post-Graduation with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade and passed or appearing in the final year of the three-year integrated B.Ed.-M.Ed.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) for Paper I to V & VI to VIII for the December 2024 exam. Candidates can apply online from 17/09/2024 to 16/10/2024.

Please note that this year, the exam centers are limited in every city. The information regarding available exam centers will be visible to the candidates while filling out the form.

All candidates who wish to have their nearest exam center/city should apply as soon as possible, as the slots for the exam city are limited.

Candidates are advised to read the notification before applying for the Teacher Eligibility Test application form in the Central TET CTET exam for December 2024.

Please ensure that you have collected all the required documents, including eligibility documents, ID proof, address details, and basic details. Also, have the scanned documents related to the recruitment form ready, such as photo, signature, and ID proof.

Before submitting the application form, carefully review the preview and all columns. If required to pay the application fee, ensure that it is submitted, as your form will not be completed without it.

After the final submission of the form, remember to take a printout of it for your records.
